LECTURE OF THE BODY IN MEDIEVAL ART

Professor Thomas E.A. Dale (U. of Wisconsin) will present a lecture,
"Vision and Corporeality in the Experience of Romanesque Sculpture,"
March 6 at 7 pm, HLMS 252. Professor Dale is currently a fellow at
the Center for Advanced Study in the Visual Arts, Washington, D.C.
and the author of numerous studies on representations of the body
in 11th- and 12th-century art of the West. All are welcome to attend.
