Here's the February A&S Report

*Individuals:*

Katherina von Lehmann:
Keridwen, Merlyn, Magnus, Sheridan, Carrick & I went over to house of
beasts to paint a silk banner & gonfalons for war.

Francesca di Pavia:
I have been helping Derdriu with her gown for her upcoming Laurel ceremony.

Mst. Brianna Chevreuil:
During February, I did a Norman 4-split horseman's tunic completely
hand-sewn for Rhys, made 2 pairs of pants, a hood, and hemmed an undertunic
for Leifr, and made a 4th century Roman Cavalry tunic with embroidered
rondels for Wayland. I also helped with final fittings on viking apron
dresses for Asta and Anna, as well as helping cut out a bliaud for Juliana
and fitted both Charles and Gwentliana for doublet patterns. I worked some
more on my petticoat bodies, made a gauze tunic and under dress, and
finished
beading a set of hand-sewn Elizabethan sleeves.

Rozsa Laszlo:
Organized a display of my body of artwork at Candlemas
as a part of my vigil. Participated in the cook's guild and the fiber
guild meetings. Lead a discussion about organization at the fiber
guild meeting including sample books, portfolios, and workshop books.

Asta Olafsdottir and Syr Bjarki Gulbjornsson:
Syr Bjarki and I did a wood burned scroll for Syr Leifr. And that's it for
us!

Gwentliana filia Iohannes:
Well this month has been quite busy. I made 2 chemises for myself, 2 tunics
for Iohannes, a tunic for Kyle, and I am working on my new gown for crown.

A new fighting tunic is necessary for Iohannes, and I am about 2/3's of the
way done with that at the writing of this email.

I am also doing the research for my entries into Kingdom A&S. With Mistress
Bri's help, I was able to nail down a couple of patterns for new gowns.

Pádraig Ó Súileabháin:
Did research on and made a 16th Century Irish Leine. I have also done
research on an Irish Ionar of the same time period. Did more research on
hair pins and started forging another of silver. And I started embroidery
on my velvet doublet.

*Groups and Guilds:*
**
Cooks Guild:

Met with Caerthen Cooks Guild at the Bookcliffe Vineyard in Boulder. A
review will be written about the adventure. We will be sponsoring the "Taste
of Caer Galen" at the March Folkmoot. and looking forward to seeing what
Caer Galen tastes like. :)
