[Sca-List] Calling All CG Officers, Deputies, and Web Viewers

The Barony has my permission to post my mundane information on the Caer 
Galen Web site.

Regarding b) below, if permission by email is acceptable and all 
officers have responded to your original email, then you could state 
that permissions have been gathered, maintained and filed on the 
archives of the list server.
