[Sca-List] FW: Unser hafen Champions Schedule!

It is only 2 days away now, anticipation builds throughout the northern 
portion of the kingdom... those waiting to see who will be the incoming 
Champions of Unser Hafen.

Please join us on Saturday at Silver Cloud Arabians and City Park to 
compete in the contests or cheer on your favorite contestant.

Remember Champions is a B.Y.O.C. (the C stands for Chair) event. We'll 
have some picnic tables, but they aren't comfortable for long.

Here's the schedule of the festivities!

9:00 - 12:00: Equestrian Competition - Nesta, Silver Cloud Arabians, pot 
luck lunch.

10:00: City Park Set-up

12:00: City Park Site Opens

12:30: Fencing List Opens

1:00: A&S Judging and Viewing Begins

1:00 - 3:00: Fencing Tournament - Lord Uji

2:30: Heavy List Opens

3:00 - 5:00: Heavy Tournament - Lord Conall

5:00: A&S Judging Ends

5:30 - 6:30: Feast - Mistress Theresea

5:30 - 6:30: Bardic Competition - Lord Perryn

6:30 - 7:30: Court

7:30 - 8:15: Retinue Class - Countess Rosalind Required for existing 
retinue and incoming champions. Optional for anyone else who wishes to 
attend.

7:30 - 9:00: General frolicking and revelry. (hopefully some dancing 
and/or drumming)

9:00 - 10:00: Take down
