[Sca-List] OT: Water Heater

Greetings and salutations to the list.
 
Iohannes and I have a 50 gallon gas hot water heater that we would like to
part with.  Due to the construction in our house, it will probably be at
least a week before it is ready to go.
 
It is 1 year old and still has 5 years on the warranty.  It is an AO Smith
Promax + and retails at $428.40 according to

We are asking $325.00 for it, though we would be willing to haggle for it.
