Just to forstall any freaking out, this policy memo doesn't state anything
we didn't already know.  We've been practicing the "two deep" rule for
events with organized children's activities all year.

The memo also states that parents are ultimately responsible for keeping
track of their kids.  Which is always nice to have stated.
