[Sca-List] Hard copy - Directory??

Has the hard copy of the Caer Galen Directory ever been mailed to those of us who requested it?  I still have not received mine.  It's been, what? - over seven months since it was made available to the populace at Midwinter.  I feel forgotten.  
  I am not criticizing, just making a suggestion, - maybe the task could be given to someone who has time to apply postage and pop it in the mail.
