Firstly I must apologise to this most magnificent Barony and its equally
magnificent populace for being rather willy-nilly in our office of late.  I
managed to reclaim my life from the chaos of last year only to have the
children's testing and the holidays squirt all over the place.

 

But this week finds me peaceful and relaxed and gathering the threads of my
life back to me in proper orderly fashion!  I am beginning to write up my
officer reports and assemble the necessary preliminaries for May Day.  I
notice on the Kingdom Calendar that there is a Caerthe event on May 3rd, my
original chosen date for May Day.  However, because of Spring Coronation,
we're going to be stuck with the conflict.  I'll be putting the ball in
motion to put the paperwork in for reserving the site and getting the event
published in OH by the end of the month.

 

Also regarding May Day.would the inestimable Larke or beautiful Cera please
contact me offlist?

 

In closing, I beg of the barony to please try to publicise the camping
events for the summer as soon as they get the dates finalized.  Am I correct
in remembering that Baron's War is always the last weekend in July?  I'd
like to firm up our summer calendar without too many conflicts.
